China Pai Mu Tan white tea
This China Pai Mu Tan white tea is also sometimes called “Bai Mu Dan”. It’s named after one of China’s most beautiful flowers: the white peony. It was the traditional drink of Chinese emperors for centuries.
Composed of the terminal bud and two young shoots, it is hand-picked only in spring in China’s Fudjian province by a certified organic cooperative. This Pai Mu Tan white tea gives a light orange infusion with herbal notes. It’s light and long in the mouth, perfect for multiple reinfusions – up to three times!
Enjoy the rarity and delicacy of this white tea, which has been carefully cultivated according to ancestral Chinese traditions.
