The Mao Feng variety is known for its hand-picked leaves, which are carefully rolled to preserve their freshness.
When you brew it, this white tea will produce an infusion with a brilliant yellow-green colour and release an incredible freshness. Its sweet, flowery aroma will give you an unforgettable experience. To prepare this white tea, heat the water to 70-80°C, then pour over one tablespoon of powdered tea leaves per cup.
Leave the tea to steep for a few minutes before straining and serving.
