How to prepare nettle tea?

Infusion of chopped and dried organic nettle leaves: for herbal tea
Dosage: 1 tablespoon of leaves per cup of hot water. Directions for use: Boil the nettle leaves in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes after removing the water from the heat. Strain.

Preparation tips:

• Dosage : 12 – 15 g/L
• Infusion time : 2 – 4 minutes
• Infusion temperature : 100° C
