Description
Ivan Chai, fireweed, Koporye tea. Fermentation is a process during which the plant oxidizes with its own enzymes, considerably increasing the content of beneficial compounds in the brewed beverage. It also destroys the alkaloids we don’t need.

Preparation tips:
In a conventional teapot: 2 to 3 teaspoons of herbs for 500 ml of boiling water. Infuse for 10 to 20 minutes. The proportions are chosen individually.
An infusion can be brewed 3 to 4 times, increasing the infusion time slightly each time. The beneficial qualities of the Ivan Chai drink are preserved for 3 days. In a thermos: for 1 liter. 3 tsp. pour in water at 90°C. Close the thermos with a lid and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
To calm the central nervous system and insomnia: 2 cups. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over it.
Leave for 15 minutes until the broth is infused.
Fireweed has a mild sedative effect, reducing nervous system excitability, lowering nervousness and effectively helping to combat stress and anxiety. Harvested in summer 2024.
