Preparation tips:
- Dosage: 6 g/L
- Infusion time: 7 – 10 min.
- Infusion temperature: 100°C
Contraindication: Ginger is not recommended for pregnant women, due to its possible harmful effects on fetal development, compared with its slight beneficial effects on nausea.
