Free delivery on orders over €40 for mainland Portugal and peninsular Spain, €60 for all other destinations:
Packages are generally dispatched the same day (if paid by credit card, Paypal or MBPay) for orders placed before 1:00 pm. Packages are dispatched via CTT for either next-day or 48-hour delivery. This service is also available for certain destinations in Europe. Whichever delivery method you choose, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. From this moment on, you will find the status of your order and a link to track your parcel on CTT in the orders section of your account.
Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected. Nevertheless, if you receive a damaged or incomplete parcel or with products that have been damaged in transit, we ask you to make a receipt with reservations with the carrier. Please note that the delivery person is obliged to stay until you have checked the condition of the parcel. If in doubt, notify the carrier in writing of your reservations, mentioning the condition of the package. Without this information, we will not be able to issue a refund. All our products are sealed, therefore we will not take back previously opened products.
The exact shipping costs for your order are calculated in the order summary. They are linked to your shipping location, as well as to the number and weight of items in your basket.
Here’s a summary of delivery charges (including VAT):
- Portugal continental €4.99 for the next day, at home or in a relay point.
- Portugal Azores and Madeira from €10.28 (48h by sea freight), €15.05 for the next day (by air), home delivery or relay point.
- Spain (peninsula) €4.99 next day, home delivery or relay point
- Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg: €9.99 at home or in a relay point
- United Kingdom: €19.99 at home or in a relay point
