Indian black tea
This Indian black tea comes from the Kerala region in south-west India. This variety of tea has been grown and consumed for centuries in this region, where it is often prepared with a certain sweetness and distinctive taste.
This black tea from India has a delicate flavor halfway between black and green tea, with notes of red fruits and fresh flowers. It is generally less strong than other black teas and offers a more subtle, refreshing taste.
Benefits of Indian Black Tea :
This Indian black tea, like all teas, is rich in antioxidants that protect the body against damage caused by free radicals. It also contains flavonoids and polyphenols that can help reduce inflammation and improve cardiovascular health. What’s more, it’s rich in caffeine, which can help boost metabolism and increase attention and concentration.
To make Indian black tea, heat water to boiling, then let it cool slightly before pouring into a cup. Add sugar or honey and milk (if preferred) and shake well so that drops of liquid form on the leaves. Leave to infuse for a few minutes, then serve hot or at room temperature. You can add spices such as cardamom or black pepper to accentuate the unique taste of Indian black tea.
