Refunds are available for unopened tea bags within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
3.2 Open bags :
Once a tea bag is opened, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. This policy complies with European legislation, which excludes the return of perishable products once the seal has been broken.

4.1 Refund request :
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service department at info@birdofparadise.pt within the specified period (14 days). Provide your order number, details of the items being returned and the reason for the refund request.
4.2 Return shipping costs :
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
