Mint was already known in ancient times and appreciated for its healing effects. Apparently, the Egyptians also knew about the beneficial properties of mint and used it as a perfume and medicine. Today, mint is an integral part of modern medicine. Its essential oils have anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects. It is also thought to have an antibacterial effect.

Mint can also relieve indigestion, nausea and headaches. But mint is not only extremely popular as a medicinal plant, it also has many uses in cookingWhether it’s used as a refreshing tea, as a spice in sweet dishes or as an aromatic highlight in summer drinks, there are many possible uses. Our mint tea is made from 100% organically grown mint leaves.

So not only does the tea contain no artificial additives, it is also environmentally friendly and sustainably produced. Tea does not contain caffeine, which makes it ideal as an evening or relaxation tea. Mint tea is cut, which means that the leaves have been crushed and therefore develop a more intense aroma. Thanks to its pleasant taste and beneficial effects, tea is ideal for a morning boost or as a relaxing companion in the evening.

Preparation tips:

Infusion. Infuse 1 tablespoon of dried leaves in 150 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes.

Take 3 to 4 cups a day, between meals or as a digestive aid.

• Infusion time : 2 – 4 minutes
• Infusion temperature : 100° C
