Our tea for concentration is made from a unique blend of lemongrass, mate, Sencha green tea, sea buckthorn berries and lemon balm leaves, this tea is a perfect choice for anyone who feels stressed or tired and wants to improve their concentration.
The various herbs contained in this tea are traditionally used to improve concentration and mental clarity. The blend of lemongrass, mate and Sencha green tea is often used as a natural stimulant, while lemon balm leaves have a calming effect on the body. Lemon balm has been known since ancient times for its benefits against nervous or digestive disorders, blood circulation problems and immunity. Sea buckthorn, with its exceptional vitamin C, vitamin A and beta-carotene content, has strong antioxidant powers, helping to boost the immune system and combat the oxidative stress responsible for premature cell ageing.
The combination of these plants improves concentration and reduces stress through their soothing effect, making them ideal for exam periods.
